A brandy with the finest aromas, characterized by a sweet smell like grandma’s jam and has a full, well-balanced taste. It is produced in the traditional way, in copper cauldrons by double distillation, according to an old proven family recipe. Aged for at least two years in stainless steel vessels, it is served as an aperitif, best chilled at a temperature of 10-12°C.
