The brandy has a fresh, intense aroma and a rounded, balanced taste. Top quality is achieved by manual selection of the highest quality pears of the William variety. Aged for at least two years in stainless steel vessels, it is served as an aperitif, best chilled to a temperature of 10-12°C.
