Ex-red wine casks from the Douro region in Northern Portugal were selected to create an expression unique to Irish whiskey. The unique character of the Douro Old Vines wine makes this whiskey exceptional. With plum, blackberry, dates and spice on the nose. Black pepper, oak tannins, sour cherries and dark fruits to taste.
