A collaboration with local Dublin brewer DOT brew ending in a limited edition whiskey finished in Amber Ale beer casks. Caramel, sweet malt, candied apples, butterscotch and liquorice on the nose. Raisins, honey, apples and tropical fruit on the palate. A sweet and long finish with a subtle spicy note.
