Delivery
We deliver in all towns and villages within 1-3 working days. In case of remote areas there might be a small delay in delivery. We do not ship in other countries.
The minimum order amount is 50 euros.

The status of delivery cannot be tracked online. The person in charge for the delivery will contact you in order to arrange the delivery at the most convenient time possible. If you wish to have an update on the status of your order you may call our customer service at 22897311.
Ordering
We do not accept returns on alcoholic beverages due to legal restrictions. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service within 2 working days on 22897311 for assistance in replacing the products. Please store any returning products at suitable storing conditions.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours by calling our customer service at 22897311. If you wish to change or add something to your order call our customer service the earliest possible.
Any promotions will be announced on the e shop’s homepage or in our newsletter on which you may subscribe to receive monthly.
We accept all major credit cards.

You can call our customer service at 22897311 in order to leave a message and you will be contacted by our wines and spirits specialist in order to ask any queries or get recommendations according to your needs.
Our products are delivered in their original packaging (for example cartons for wines) unless otherwise specified. You have the option to select if your order is a gift. In this case the products will be delivered in our branded bags. We also offer the option of including a personalized message during the checkout process so that your gift can be delivered to your chosen recipient. In this case the invoice will not be included in the package, it will only be sent to you via email. Should you wish to receive the original invoice, please contact our customer service at 22897311.
If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong items, please contact our customer service at 22897311 within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Please store any returning products at suitable storing conditions.

Wines and spirits should be stored in areas where the temperature is stable and consistent between 12 and 18 °C. They should be stored preferably in dark spaces away from bright light or direct sunlight, in spaces where there is no humidity or fluctuating temperatures and intense smells like in the kitchen. Ideally there should be good air circulation to prevent buildup of mold. Keep away from children. For long-term storage, consider investing in a wine cellar or wine fridge that allows you to control temperature and humidity.
You must be of legal drinking age of 18 years old, to purchase alcohol from our e-shop. We will verify your age during the checkout process.
